7-Days Returns

We are offering 7-Days Return policy for our customers to protect your interest.Under certain conditions, you may return the item. Once we received your return item, we will ship out your correct item / exchange item.

Tobe eligible for a return, the original tag must still be attached to the item, and the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, not have been washed or worn. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

We only accept the return/exchange if clothes damage/Not suitable in size. You may exchange the clothes on other size in same design or other design if the size option sold out.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, the item must not have been washed, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Shipping Cost

Please be informed that you will responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All related return/refund shipping cost will be bear by the buyer unless it was our fault.
